Commission Structure Summary
- Standard Rate
- 10% of eligible net revenue on initial qualifying sales
- Scope
- Applies strictly to the initial purchase or contract agreement
- Renewals
- Contract renewals, annual extensions, and recurring subscription payments are non-commissionable unless approved in writing
- Amazon Books
- Printed book sales through Amazon are non-commissionable
- Payment Timing
- Commissions are calculated and paid after full payment has been collected and cleared by SaySayMusic LLC
Net Revenue & Deductions
Commission is calculated based on Net Revenue received by SaySayMusic LLC. Net revenue excludes:
- Applicable state, local, or federal sales taxes
- Third-party payment processing fees
- Shipping, handling, or physical materials costs
- Refunds, chargebacks, or uncollected invoice balances
- Discounts or approved administrative concessions
Lead Attribution Period
Registered leads remain attributed to the registering consultant for a period of 180 days from approved registration.
